General Merchandise Information

LANOR's products are hand made. Because of this some products may show a slight variance due to its hand crafted nature.

Shipping information

Shipping is calculated by weight, labor, & packaging. Please allow up to 7 days to process your order. We ship with USPS or UPS with tracking, which typically takes 3-7 days depending on your location but sometimes as fast as 1 day.

CHECK YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION UPON CHECKOUT.

If you need a change of address, you may be instructed to pay double shipping or run the risk of a canceled transaction.

International shipping is sent through UPS, there is no way for us to know where it is or how long it will take to reach its destination. LANOR is not responsible for any customs charges, taxes or fees upon international arrival.

If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to our office, we will be happy to ship it back to you. However, you will be responsible for the re-shipment costs.

LANOR is not responsible for lost packages. However, we will try our hardest to help you.

 

Return Policy


All sales are final. We do not accept returns after shipment except in the case of a defective product, in which case we provide a full refund upon return. Returned products must be unworn & sent back with tracking (shipping will be reimbursed).

Due to limited quantities, we do not accept exchanges. We do not have a store credit option.
